Organic bentonite:YH-938C


Product features:
          YH-938C is a kind of modified rheological additive with high efficiency of gelling and thixotropy.It can be used in low to medium polar systems.
          High viscosity:It has high gelling viscosity and thixotropy in low to medium polar solvent systems or resin systems.
          Easy to disperse:under the effect of appropriate amount of polar activator,YH-938C has fast speed of dispersion and gelation,and small dispersing fineness.
          Anti-sediment:YH-938C has the property of anyi-sediment in the system.















Use Method
          YH-938C can disperse at normal temperature.It is better to be used as pre-gel.It should be added before grinding your products(such as paints,pigments,coatings etc.).To get the best dispersion effect ,it is best to use high-shearing device.HY-938C needs polar activator to be fully disperse .The available polar activators are as follows:propylene carbonate,methanol/water(95/5),ethanol/water(95/5) or acetone.The proper amount of polar activator can be adjusted according to different systems. Generally ,the amount of polar activator is10-20% of organic bentonite.
          The amount of YH-938C is usually 0.2~3.0% of the system(by weight).
